This document introduces the promulgation of the revised law strengthening asbestos countermeasures. The "Law to Partially Amend the Air Pollution Control Act" was promulgated on June 5, 2020. Additionally, the "Ministerial Ordinance to Partially Amend the Asbestos Hazard Prevention Regulations" was also promulgated on July 1, 2020, and has been gradually enforced since October 1, 2020.
